Steps to make Malai Sandwich :
- Mix chopped Carrot, Onion, Tomato, Coriander, Green Chilli, Cream, Haldi, Salt in one bowl. Prepare a malai stuffling
- Take the bread slice and spread some butter on them. I have used brown bread. You can use any bread of your choice like whole wheat bread, multigrain bread.
- Place a portion of stuffing on one buttered bread slice and spread it evenly. Sandwich it using another bread slice with the buttered side facing downwards.
- Heat a non-stick tawa, put 1/2 tsp of butter for cooking and place the sandwich on it with the buttered side facing upwards and cook on a medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour from both the side
- Cut the sandwich diagonally into 2 equal portions. Serve it hot.
